Could you possibly help me learn 3ds max and zbrush?
I've a dream about becoming graphic designer + a dream of working in Disney's Pixar Studio... so I've to become good a as fast as possible

You can start to learn at home watching tutorials, start with Zbrush, is more intuitive and you can learn faster.
But above all, don't forget to see references, references and more references that can help you improve your work, specially anatomy. And draw a lot too!

I tried doing some Zbrush some weeks ago, but you if you're a very bad at drawing (like me, who can mess even a stickman up) then it would not be easy...
I've some friends who're good a drawing, they would help become better at drawing for sure
Until then I would keep checking your account for motivation and inspiration
